We all absolutely love ice cream, but not the giant list of ingredients on the back of the carton. This strawberry ice cream has a simplified ingredient list and is easy to make, with no ice cream maker required. You can make a creamier version with heavy cream or go for a dairy free version using only frozen strawberries and dairy free milk. Either way it is delicious and a delightful treat to enjoy at home. Top it off with our crave worthy-carob to make it even more devine.

NO CHURN STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM (DRIZZLED WITH CAROB)
Dairy Free Version
Directions
NO CHURN STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM (DRIZZLED WITH CAROB)
Add strawberries, coconut sugar, and milk into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. You might need to stop the blender and push down the ingredients. Add more milk a tbsp at a time if it is not getting smooth. Set aside.
Place cream, vanilla, and coconut sugar in a large bowl. Use electric beater to beat into stiff peaks - about 3 minutes on medium-high.
Pour strawberry mixture into the bowl of whipped cream and gently fold mixture together, don't beat it too hard or you will lose some of the fluffiness. Mix until you have a uniform pink color, some streaks are okay.
Pour the mixture into a container and cover with a lid or plastic wrap. Place in freezer for 3 hours or until desired texture is reached.
Remove from freezer, scoop, drizzle with Missy J’s carob, and enjoy!
Dairy Free Version:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add more coconut milk if it is not smoothing out enough.
Pour strawberry mixture into a container and cover with a lid or plastic wrap. Freeze for 3 hours or until desired texture is reached.
Remove from freezer, scoop, drizzle with Missy J’s carob, and enjoy!
Recipe Note
If you have any leftovers, they may freeze pretty solid. Remove from freezer around 30 mins before you want to enjoy.
