I took the picture after I already ate one row---couldn't wait, because this tastes so good. This unsweetened carob mint candy bar is delicious! The texture is creamy, the sweetness is just enough to feel like a treat but not overwhelming like sugar-based candy, and it doesn't make me feel sick. My family has some kind of allergy or sensitivity to chocolate, and we all get migraines from it, so we switched to carob about 25 years ago. I was SO happy to find Missy J's, and the unsweetened products are just what I was looking for! I am a repeat customer on the unsweetened mint carob candy bars, and I will continue to purchase them.
