I have appreciated coconut cream all these years, but I'm excited for this alternative. Use it for vegan toppings, making caramel or ice cream. (Those recipes to come!!) For now, make a double batch to have on hand for dairy free delights.
I'm not gonna lie, the news of the fire that destroyed the entire Missy J's production facility took me pretty low. While I fundamentally believe we will build back better and be stronger it sucks. This business has been my heart and soul for almost 11 years. Azure Standard is now the parent company and I'm sure they feel stressed and will make it right, but ugh.
