I have always loved marshmallows. Those pillowy fluffs of fun. But marshmallows are made with so much sugar I haven't had one in decades. :-(, well until now.
My friend Shari @Knowbrainer changed all that with Max mallows, a keto sensation and marvel.
Ingredients
Directions
Crush peppermints into small chunks place in shallow bowl.
Melt carob chips. Keep warm.
Dip keto marshmallows in carob mixture, quickly sprinkle or dip the coated marshmallow with peppermint candy pieces.
Freeze immediately. Freeze till set. About 5 minutes.
Enjoy these minty bites of delights one bite at a time or add them to a cup of Missy J’s not “hot chocolate”.
