These Carob Double Chip Cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with rich carob flavor in every bite. Made with gluten-free flour, natural sweeteners, and plenty of Missy J’s carob chips, they’re a delicious chocolate-free treat that’s easy to make. Finished with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, these cookies have the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor, making them ideal for dessert, snacks, or sharing with family and friends.
Ingredients
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup Allulose or Coconut Sugar
2 egg yolks

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon baking soda

4 tablespoons carob powder
½ cup gluten-free flour

6 tablespoons Missy J’s carob chips

Flaky sea salt (for topping)
Carob Double Chip Cookies
Directions
Carob Double Chip Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment or silicone mat.
Cream butter and sweetener until fluffy.
Mix in egg yolks and vanilla.
Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then add to wet mixture until dough forms.
Fold in carob chips.
Roll dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place 2” apart on sheet.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until just set—don’t over bake!
Top with flaky sea salt while warm.
Cool 5 mins on sheet, then transfer to a rack.
