
Missy J's "Notella"
In honor of National Chocolate Day and I am making this
NOT CHOCOLATE Hazelnut Spread.

EQUIPMENT

Food Processor, Blendtec, Vitamix or Magic Bullet
- Double Boiler
INGREDIENTS

1 cup Roasted and skinned Hazelnuts

1 cup Missy J's Unsweetened or regular Carob Chips

1 tsp vanilla

2-2 1/2 tbsp liquid coconut oil (MCT)

Melt carob chips and coconut oil in a double boiler.

Grind Hazelnuts in grinder of choice till sand like consistency.
- Add melted carob/oil mixture into the ground hazelnuts and blend.
- Add vanilla.

Continue to blend to smooth consistency.
- Enjoy
OPTIONS:
- Add powdered allulose, monkfruit drops or sweetener of your choice.
NOTES:
- You can keep on your counter or refrigerate.
- Either enjoy right out of the refrigerator or let sit out for ½ hour to spreadable consistency.
- Always eat in accordance with your dietary requirements.
