Hot Carob Vanilla Delight
Heat your milk up in a small pot on the stove and be sure not to let it boil. It should be ready when you see it start to steam. You want it to be hot enough to melt your carob chips, but not too hot to drink.
Stir carob chips, honey (or maple syrup) and hot milk together until the chips and honey are melted.
Pour the drink mixture and add vanilla into your blender; blend until nice and frothy.
Pour back into your cup and sprinkle with cinnamon and carob chips if desired.
