Delicious Carob Powder

I made cashew butter fudge (Recipe emailed to me from Missyjs) and I used the carob powder in my recipe to give the fudge a chocolate flavor. It was smooth and creamy and my family loved it. Thank you for this great recipe!

The Best Carob Powder Ever!!!

Missy J's is the best Carob powder I've ever had! It's delicious, excellent quality, smooth and I love the natural sweetness of it! I use it to make small carob cakes with mint carob chips, pecans and unsweetened coconut that's in the attached picture. I also make carob covered candy, put it in my oatmeal, and use it as a substitute for hot cacao. This is the only carob I'll ever use! I highly recommend it!

Versatile and tasty!

Perfect for "chocolate peanut butter" smoothies, or any baked goods that call for cocoa/cacao powder. Not *quite* the same taste as cocoa powder, but close enough for those of us who don't do cocoa or want to avoid the caffeine and sugar that comes with chocolate. Can't wait to try a mug of some "hot carob" this winter!
