Craving something sweet and delicious that doesn’t have a ton of ingredients, that you can actually make at home in less than 10 minutes? You can even make this recipe sugar free if you want to and it still tastes amazing, thanks to our delectable, crave-worthy carob chips.

CAROB PEANUT CLUSTERS
Line 2 large cookie trays with baking or parchment paper.
Add carob chips and peanut butter to a large, heat safe bowl and microwave until just melted, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
Add peanuts to melted carob mixture and stir until completely coated
Spoon out spoonfuls of the carob-covered nuts onto the prepared tray. Continue until you have used all of the mixture.
Place trays in the fridge until hardened, 30 mins to 1 hour and enjoy!

If you don’t have peanuts you can try this recipe with any kind of nut, seed or combo you’d like to try.
