EASY Unsweetened Carob Hazelnut Spread "Notella"

Missy J's "Notella" In honor of National Chocolate Day and I am making this NOT CHOCOLATE Hazelnut Spread.  EQUIPMENT Food Processor, Blendtec, Vitamix or Magic Bullet Double Boiler INGREDIENTS  1 cup Roasted and skinned Hazelnuts 1 cup Missy J's Unsweetened or regular Carob Chips 1 tsp vanilla 2-2 1/2 tbsp liquid coconut oil (MCT) INSTRUCTIONS Melt carob chips and coconut oil in a double boiler. Grind Hazelnuts in grinder of choice till sand like consistency. Add melted carob/oil mixture into the ground hazelnuts and blend. Add vanilla. Continue to blend to smooth consistency.
